Build the program

Sessions, rooms, tracks and speakers — and the meeting sessions in which attendees meet each other.

  1. SessionsCreate the talks, panels, workshops and breaks that make up your programme, and control who may attend each one.
  2. Locations and the venue mapDefine the rooms, stages and virtual rooms your sessions take place in, and draw an interactive floor plan attendees use to find their way.
  3. Tracks and session typesGroup your programme into colour-coded tracks and describe each session with a type — built-in or one you define for this event.
  4. SpeakersBuild the event's speaker roster, assign speakers to sessions, and invite them to their self-service portal.
  5. Meeting sessionsOpen the time windows in which attendees can book one-to-one meetings with each other, and decide how long a meeting lasts and who may take part.
  6. Meeting tables and logisticsGive a meeting session its tables, hold tables for particular attendees, and record which companies sit where.
  7. Meeting room timingDecide when an online meeting's video room opens, how long it stays open past the end, and when everyone is warned it is about to close.
  8. Credits and attendanceDefine the professional-development credits your sessions carry, and choose how attendance is taken for each session.
